Firm History

The Law Offices of Nicholas E. Subashi was formed in October 1997, to provide corporations, individuals, school districts, governmental entities, and insurers with personalized, quality civil litigation services at an affordable rate.

In January 2004, Brian L. Wildermuth and Lynnette Pisone Ballato became shareholders of the firm. The firm is now known as Subashi, Wildermuth & Dinkler.

The principal of the firm, Nicholas E. Subashi, holds an (av) rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has practiced law as a trial attorney in Pennsylvania and Ohio for over twenty-five years. In October 2002, the National Board of Trial Advocacy certified Mr. Subashi as a Civil Trial Advocate.

In addition to the firm’s six attorneys, our organization is fully supported by four paralegals and by five other clerical/administrative professionals. All of the firm’s members believe strongly in client-service and in the importance of defending and protecting our clients’ interests above all else.
