Jamey T. Pregon

Jamey T. Pregon joined the firm in 2008.  Mr. Pregon received his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in 1996, and graduated with honors from Drake University School of Law in 1999.  Mr. Pregon practiced as a criminal defense attorney in Iowa before moving to Ohio.  In Ohio, Mr. Pregon practiced civil litigation in state and federal courts with a Dayton litigation firm, and continues to do so with Subashi, Wildermuth & Dinkler.

Mr. Pregon has first chair and second chair jury trial experience, and has handled appeals in the Ohio Supreme Court, and six of Ohio's appellate districts.  He also has handled numerous arbitrations and mediations.  He has represented companies and individuals throughout Ohio during all stages of litigation.  His practice areas include business litigation, insurance coverage, school law, insurance bad faith, construction law, real estate law, product liability, intentional torts, and personal injury defense. 

Mr. Pregon was recognized as a "Rising Star" by the Ohio Super Lawyers in 2005, 2006, and 2007. 

Mr. Pregon is active in professional organizations and his community.  He is the vice-chair of the personal injury defense committee for the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.  He is also the vice president of the Cincinnati-Dayton Chapter of the Iowa Club, which consists of University of Iowa alumni in the area.  Mr. Pregon is also active in the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce.
